Return & Exchange Policy – BS Interior

At BS Interior, customer satisfaction is important to us. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, you may request an exchange within the policy conditions outlined below. Kindly note that we currently do not offer refunds, only exchanges.

  1. Exchange Eligibility

You may request an exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange:

The product must be unused and undamaged

It must be returned in the original packaging with all accessories, tags, and invoice

Only regular-priced items are eligible for exchange

Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required

  1. Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept exchanges for the following:

Customized or made-to-order furniture

Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery

Items not returned within the 7-day exchange window

  1. How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange:

Wait for Instructions
Our customer support team will review your request and guide you through the return process.

Pack the Item Securely
Ensure that the item is safely packed in its original condition with all packaging, tags, and invoice.

Courier the Item
Send the item to the address provided by our support team. Return shipping charges (if applicable) must be borne by the customer, unless the item was received damaged or defective.

  1. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery

Share clear photos/videos of the damage via email

We will arrange for a replacement or exchange at no additional cost

  1. Exchange Process Time

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the exchange process will begin

Please allow up to 7 working days for the replacement product to be shipped

  1. No Refund Policy

Please note that we do not offer monetary refunds under any circumstances. We only process exchanges as per the above policy.
